If you know me, you'll know that I'm a massive advocate of the brown smokey eye for any occasion that involves a little more than a hair brush.  Not only do I feel that brown, bronze and gold tones suit my skin tone the best, but there are just so many looks you can create with the same colour palette, whether it be more daytime or evening appropriate.

Ok, so life happened and I fell off the blogging band wagon, again.  In my defence, I was in America for two weeks travelling up the west coast, and while it was absolutely 100% the most amazing trip of my life, it was so hectic and as a result my poor corner of the internet became neglected.
